“Customer” means a user seeking services. “Service Provider” means a user offering services. “Account” means a registered profile on GetBuilder.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3. Platform Role

GetBuilder is a marketplace that connects Customers with Service Providers. We do not perform services, endorse, or guarantee any user, listing, or job. Contracts are formed directly between Customers and Service Providers.

4. User Conduct

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not post misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
• Respect others and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Fees and Payments

Any applicable fees, commission structures, or payment terms will be disclosed within the Services or in separate agreements. You authorize us and our payment partners to process transactions as required to provide the Services.

6. Disputes Between Users

Users are responsible for resolving disputes arising from engagements. GetBuilder may, at its discretion, offer limited support or tools to facilitate resolution but does not control or guarantee outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including content, trademarks, and software, are owned by or licensed to GetBuilder and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. GetBuilder is not responsible for those services, their content, or their policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any violation of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetBuilder disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetBuilder and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where GetBuilder is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
